For retailers, the holiday season is critical to their bottom line. This year in particular, the stakes were even higher, resulting from the last two holiday seasons being impacted by social distancing and lingering inflation concerns this year. We needed to demonstrate Target was committed to making flexibility, ease and value a top priority during the holiday season.
We focused on driving desire and discovery by bringing the wonder and excitement of holiday shopping into stores, providing simple, joyful shopping experiences for all guests in a scalable format, starting by giving guests a head start on the holidays. We staged high-touch events at select stores focusing on food and beverage, technology, toys, beauty, décor and product sampling.
We extended this approach to stores across the country, with live toy demos and weekly product sampling pairings, in addition an AR experience that transported guests to an immersive world featuring interactive experiences with four of Bullseye’s Top Toys.
Our high-touch, scalable approach delivered holiday joy for Target guests over eight weeks at stores across the country.
